Reading Pride is a registered charity supporting Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Asexual (LGBTA) communities in the Thames Valley. We are best known for our free-to-attend LGBT Pride Parade and Festival which is held every summer in King’s Meadow Park, Reading.

It’s our 10th anniversary this year and to mark the occasion there will be more going on than ever before. The celebrations will kick off with a special parade celebrating defining moments in the Thames Valley’s LGBTA history, followed by an afternoon of non-stop entertainment at the Festival site. Additional attractions being laid on this year include a Cabaret Tent, a Beauty Bar and an extra-special Main Stage line-up, including talented performers from around the Thames Valley, and some brilliant well-known headline acts.

This year's festival theme is Ten Years of Reading Pride

Our 10th anniversary celebration is free to attend and all are welcome!

First Headline Acts Confirmed

We are pleased to announce that Zambian-born singer Rozalla will be one of the headline acts on stage at Reading Pride this year. Rozalla is best known for her 1991 hit "Everybody's Free (To Feel Good)" which reached number 6 in the UK Singles Chart in 1991. She followed up the success of this wildly popular dance anthem with a further four Top 20 UK hits between 1991 and 1994.
