BeYou — Berkshire Lesbian & Gay Network
(Formerly the Lesbian and Gay Helpline) BeYou is a confidential service that aims to
provide a wide range of information, covering topics as diverse as 'to coming out', sexual health, mental health, relationships, domestic abuse and local information.

Gay Berkshire is a new county wide group which aims to give a stronger voice to the local lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community by working with all the local councils in Berkshire and the
other statutory bodies, such as the Police and the National Health Service. At last we have a voice for our local LGBT community.

For lesbians and gay men, who own a Caravan, Tent or Motor home, who enjoy sharing week-long and weekend rallies throughout the UK, with like minded people.

Thames Valley Gay Police Association
Established with the support of Thames Valley Police, the Thames Valley Gay Police Association aims to provide a local staff
support network for both gay and non-gay members of the organisation. Affliliated to the national GPA, TVGPA is run by an elected committee and is governed by its own constitution.
Freeways (Bracknell)
A group for young people, aged 15 - 21, who are Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender or just unsure. They meet every Tuesday evening between 6.45pm and 9.00pm in Bracknell.
National Organisations
Gay Football Supporter's Network
They work to establish a social network for LGBT football supporters, to
encourage the formation of LGBT teams for players of all abilities, and to campaign against homophobia within football.
Stonewall
Stonewall is
renowned for its campaigning and lobbying. Some major successes include helping achieve the equalisation of the age of consent, lifting the ban on lesbians and gay men serving in the military, securing legislation allowing same-sex couples to adopt and the
repeal of Section 28. More recently Stonewall has helped secure civil partnerships and ensured the recent Equality Act protected lesbians and gay men in terms of goods and services.
Terrence Higgins Trust
THT was one of the first charities to be set up in response to the HIV epidemic and has been at the forefront of the fight against HIV, and improving the nation's sexual health, ever since.
