Complaints Procedure

Do you have a complaint about Reading Pride?

If you have a complaint about the festival or parade that you wish to air to the committee then please email: chair@readingpride.co.uk

If you feel that a committee member or the chair-person may of caused the charity to come into disrepute and you would like to discuss your issue(s) then email: secretary@trustees.readingpride.co.uk (Paul Britt).

Reading Pride will reply to your email within 48 hours of which we will be able to inform you when we will be able to look over your complaint. Reading Pride will inform you of the outcome and may even ask you to attend a meeting either with a pride representative or a trustee. The personal opinions and beliefs expressed by appointed committee members and trustees are not those reflected by Reading Pride.
