Sponsoring Reading Pride is about giving a lifeline to the LGBT community. It is far more than just throwing money at a party...

Sponsorship 2010

Here at Reading Pride we believe that when you sponsor our event its not just a one off relationship. Its a relationship we like to build and therefore create a bespoke package so not only we can benefit from your generous support but you gain maximum exposure for your contribution not only before the day, but during it and after.

Our sponsorship packages do not end at the end of the festival they continue on, as our support does as well.

Reading Pride has grown dramatically over the past few years to what we are proud to now attract around 14,500 visitors from a wide spectrum of the community. This community feel is something we are incredibly proud of and continue to marshal on our bespoke service to the community and sponsors.

Sponsorship opportunities include:

Major Event Sponsor
Reading Pride Awards Sponsor
Media Partner Sponsor
Events Management Sponsor
Website Sponsor
Festival Services Sponsor
Reading Pride Parade Sponsor

And many more available depending on your needs and requirements.

Sponsorship need not cost the earth as well. We can customise packages to fit your budget and with a wide site, banners, e-media, editorials and product placement on site and VIP areas we are able to create the perfect packages.

Also an added extra is that we will assign a Sponsorship relations manager to work with you on your sponsorship package and implementation plan.

To find out more please drop us an email and get the ball rolling. We are here to ensure that we can create the perfect package for you as our sponsor and at the same time give back to the LGBT community.

Please contact sponsorship@readingpride.co.uk to find out more and be part of a pride focusing on the community.

Your sponsorship has helped us support the following projects

Project 20/25
To fill the age gap of those wishing to come out and wanting to meet others aged 20-25. Offering: general discussion meetings and organised events. Using the internet as a base.
The Reading LGBT Social Group
Using the Pride membership as a starting point to include a free online bulleting board of events and eNewsletter, offering organised events throughout the year encompassing all ages and dimensions of the LGBT community.
Homophobic Chanting in Football
Using the Stonewall report and the Kick-it out module, in partnership with the Gay Football Social Network, our work will include a trip to the stadium and condone homophobia in football.
Reading LGBT Centre
To work with all the groups in Reading and move them to one central location, offering a place to go for any group to meet up to use as a meeting place or working point. This could include coffee mornings for families, advice on where to find advice and help and eventually our own community hall area.
